Building 41 (Old Medical Centre)
New drawings have been proposed in June for the above building conversion. The drawings will be uploaded at the foot of each sub section. See Link to Planning Portal.

The number and type of residential dwellings has been retained this being 5 No. new 2 Bed Houses. The internal layouts have been amended and rationalised to suit the retention of existing load bearing structures.

Minimal alterations to the previously approved elevational treatments. Updated elevations to suit the retained structures and internal layouts.
The majority of the windows to the West Elevation have infilled in facing brickwork to match existing to comply with Building Regulation requirements for fire and unprotected areas adjacent to boundaries. This will also prevent any overlooking issues.
The new windows proposed to the ground floor East Elevation have been omitted to comply with Building Regulation requirements for fire and unprotected areas adjacent to boundaries. This will also prevent any overlooking issues.
