Village Square taking shape In Upper Rissington

We haven’t lived here for a very long period. However, we can say its a very nice environment to live in. The housing is well spaced out and everyone appears to be very friendly and accommodating. We have a brand new Cooperative shop and if you need a local pub the Lamb at Great Rissington is a pleasant place for food and drink.

The adjacent Village Hall, School to name but a few of the facilities make it an enjoyable place to live. If you enjoy motorsport we have Rissi Kart Club and of course flying with the RAF with 637 Squadron. Neither are obtrusive and both add to the mix. In fact it’s a quite place too live and if you want to enjoy the countryside there is a great network of Bridleways and Footpaths to walk away the cobwebs and enjoy fresh country air.

And if its a livelier environment you want Bourton-On-The-Water is close by as well as Burford and Stow-on-the-Wold. As we are in the Cotswold district all the towns mentioned are pretty tourist traps and can be busy in the Summer, which gives you the impression that you are always on holiday.
