I’m sure you have all received termination Water Rate Bills and or Statements from Reland. The troubling part is no explanation of what happens next. Obviously the new owners will be billing us soon, I just hope they use the Meters that are already installed to charge us for the water we are using. However without any communication from Bovis/Linden Homes it’s difficult to know what the future will bring.
